摘　要：

现代社会中公共性的机制不断完善，从以人际互动为基础的人格化机制，发展出以抽象制度为基础的非人格化机制，并且在数字技术的介入下，进一步出现以数字空间为基础的虚拟人格化机制。从三个技术公益项目的发展过程来看，伴随数字技术的应用，个体与公共的关联走向多元，公共性通过数字空间呈现出机制交叠的特征。在中国式现代化的探索历程中，共建共治共享的社会治理制度是发挥人民群众主体作用的有力保障。这从顶层架构上贯通了公共性的不同机制，与实践中机制交叠的特征相契合。通过进一步完善共建共治共享的社会治理制度，可以有效应对数字技术带来的挑战。

 

On the Overlapping Publicity Mechanisms in Digital Society

——An Investigation Based on Three Tech-for-public-welfare Programs

Abstract  The mechanisms of publicity in modern society have been continuously enriched, evolving from a personalized mechanism based on interpersonal interaction to an impersonal mechanism grounded in abstract institutions, then to a virtual‑personalized mechanism based on digital space with the intervention of digital technology. From the development of three tech‑for‑public‑welfare programs, the application of digital technology has made the connection between individuals and the public diversified and mechanisms of publicity overlapping through digital space. In the exploration of Chinese modernization, the social governance system based on collaboration, participation, and shared benefits provides a strong support for the people to play their principal role, which integrates the different mechanisms of publicity at the top‑level design, consistent with the overlapping mechanisms emerged in practice. Further improving this social governance system can effectively respond to the opportunities and challenges brought about by digital technology.
