摘　要：

巩固中华文化主体性是习近平文化思想的一个重大命题。新时代巩固中华文化主体性，既是建设社会主义文化强国的历史使命，又是维护国家意识形态安全的现实需要。习近平文化思想秉持以人民为中心的文化主体价值立场，以坚持党的文化领导权为根本保障，以坚定中国特色社会主义文化自信为价值目标，以“两个结合”为根本途径，以促进文明交流、互鉴、合作为重要条件，形成一个明体达用、体用贯通的巩固中华文化主体性的思想体系。习近平文化思想深化了对中国特色社会主义文化建设规律的认识，为破解“古今中西之争”提供了思想指引，为新时代巩固中华文化主体性提供了科学指南和根本遵循。

 

The Objective Basis, Logical Path and Fundamental Guideline For Consolidating the Subjectivity of Chinese Culture in New Era

Abstract Consolidating the subjectivity of Chinese culture, a significant proposition in Xi Jinping Thought on Culture, is both a historical mission for building up China's socialist cultural strength in the new era and a practical need for safeguarding national ideological security. Xi Jinping Thought on Culture, adhering to a people-centered value stance on cultural subjectivity，takes upholding the Party's leadership over cultural work as its fundamental guarantee, building up confidence in socialist culture with Chinese characteristics as its value orientation, adapting the basic tenets of Marxism to China's specific realities and its fine traditional culture as its fundamental path, and promoting exchanges, mutual learning, and cooperation among civilizations as an important condition, and constructs an ideological system for consolidating the subjectivity of Chinese culture with clear fundamental principles and practical application integrated. Xi Jinping Thought on Culture deepens the understanding of the laws governing the construction of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics, provides ideological guidance for resolving the ''debate between ancient and modern, Chinese and Western cultures'', and offers a scientific guide and fundamental principle for consolidating the subjectivity of Chinese culture in New Era.
